This Grade II* Listed building blends heritage with modern design, with the works completed while the hotel continued to operate, ensuring minimal disruption to guests.
Working closely with the exceptional interior design team at Russell Sage Studios, the refurbishment preserves the building’s original charm, restoring wood-panelled walls and timeless fixtures while introducing stylish new furnishings and lighting. The intimate dining space now offers a sophisticated setting for an exceptional, Michelin Star-level dining experience.
